Education world experiences evolution and revolution adjacent to the development of environment and technology. The actors participating in education world are now facing a future challenge which is volatile, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) due to the rapid change in environment and disruption of technology. This paper is a literature review on Scrum, a framework for growing and strengthening complex product adapted from software development and particularly expressed in educational leadership. Scrum is one of agile methodologies worth of implementing with servant leadership. The theory of Scrum as an agile methodology such as transparency, inspection, and adaptation are described and the map of agile manifesto is defined in educational leadership context.

In the fast-paced business world of today, agile management is essential because it fosters flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement, allowing for quick reactions to shifting needs. This strategy lowers risks, improves communication, and increases responsiveness, which results in better products and happier customers. This essay examines agile management techniques and their applicability in today's corporate environment. Customer-centricity, cross-functional teams, iterative development, and continuous improvement are important agile concepts. Increased flexibility, better teamwork, higher-quality products, and more transparency are some of the advantages. Training, pilot projects, and ongoing learning are necessary for implementing agile; obstacles include change aversion, cultural barriers, and sustaining commitment. In conclusion, despite obstacles like cultural resistance and the requirement for continuous commitment, agile management is essential for promoting flexibility and teamwork.
