An albino mouse model of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease induced using high-fat liquid “Lieber-DeCarli” diet: a preliminary investigation

Abstract: Background: Experimental diet models have proven to be vital to understanding the pathophysiology and management of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
