Consequently, noise pollution is noted for serious deleterious effect on the entire planet [17,49] which cannot be over-emphasized. Consequent upon the foregoing, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Federal Environment Protection Agency (FEPA) (Nigeria) has set standards and limits of allowable noise levels.…”
