An assessment of physicians attitudes toward opioid usage and opiophobia: results of a survey from a training and research hospital

Abstract: Literatür verileri incelendiğinde başta kanser ağrısı olmak üzere kronik ağrısı olan hastalarda ağrı tedavisinin özellikle de opioid kullanımının yanlış ve yetersizliği bir sorun olarak devam etmektedir. Bu çalışma yeterli opioid kullanımında karşılaşılan engellerin tıbbi disiplinler ve doktorların tecrübeleriyle ilişkisini araştırmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
