An efficient method for vibration equations with time varying coefficients and nonlinearities

Abstract: An efficient method for solving vibration equations is the basis of the vibration analysis of a cracked multistage blade–disk–shaft system. However, dynamic equations are usually time varying and nonlinear, and the time required for solving is greatly increased accompanied by an increase in the model order caused by the multistage system and the nonlinearity caused by cracks. In this article, an efficient method for solving the time varying and nonlinear vibration equation is investigated. In the proposed meth… Show more

“…The continuous parameter modeling method is a common and mature modeling method that has been widely used by scholars 31,35,36 . Based on this method, we have established the vibration model of a single-stage and a three-stage blade disk rotor system in our recent publications 37,38 . Therefore, for the simplified model of the single-stage blade disk rotor system required in this paper, we will not give the proof of the formula in detail but only introduce the basic modeling process.…”

“…As the cab was a closed space, the vibration of the cab panel will directly affect the noise in the cab (Mohanty et al, 2000). In addition, the vibration of the panel at different positions had different effects on the noise inside the car, which were the contribution of the panel (Liu et al, 2011;Yang et al, 2016). Therefore, wavelet coherence was introduced into the analysis of panel contribution.…”
