For example, chromeno[3,4‐ c ]pyridin‐5‐one A can act not only as a selective human dopamine D4 receptor antagonist, but also as a potential antipsychotic agent,12a B shows a wide range of pharmacological properties such as antimicrobial and antitumor activities,12b schumanniophytine C shows central and autonomic nervous system depressant properties and may have potential antiviral activity,12g alternariol D exhibits antifungal and phytotoxic activity, and is reported to inhibit cholinesterase enzymes,13j gilvocarcin E is a kind of bactericidal and antitumor natural product,13k and cannabinol F can be employed clinically as an immunosuppressant.
