An Empirical Analysis of Work Overload, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intentions among Employees of Banking Sector

Abstract: The work overload is often considered as the most critical factor which effects the employees’ commitment and turnover intention toward organization, therefore, the current study aims to evaluate effects of Work Overload (WO) on Organizational Commitment (OC) and Turnover Intentions (TOI) of employees.
