An Empirical Study on the Role of Career Development Programs in Organizations and Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction of Employees

Abstract: In this study; the impact of career development programs in organizations, and organizational commitment on employees' job satisfaction, and their role in increasing job satisfaction are examined.
