An examination of the decision-making process for utilization of mobile applications in the MICE industry

Abstract: The present study proposed a theoretical framework to examine consumers' decisionmaking processes for utilization of mobile applications in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry.
