An extensively valid and stable method for derivation of all parameters of a solar cell from a single current-voltage characteristic

Abstract: It is important to precisely estimate values of all solar cell parameters in order to analyze the performance of a solar cell. We have proposed a stable method for the derivation of solar cell parameters from a single I-V curve under only the valid assumption for a general solar cell.
