Purpose: As a result of limited financial resources, agriculture has been plagued by a lack of profitability. Diverse policy initiatives have been made to improve access to finance, including: Affordability has always been an issue for policymakers in India, and it will continue to be. As the title suggests, the aim of this study is to explore the requirements and policy interventions in the domains of farm financing. Design/Methodology/Approach: Attempts are made in this article to examine the government’s agricultural policy measures in this country. Information for the article was culled from the Reserve Bank of India and numerous annual documents. Findings: It was found in the study that most of today’s treatments have been tried or recommended in the past, but was not successful for various reasons. However, if such measures had been undertaken at that time, India would have ranked among the top countries in terms of access to finance. Originality/Value: This study is unusual in that it attempts to trace the history of agricultural finance in India, as well as the numerous agricultural policies that have been enacted as a result of agricultural finance. Date palm cultivation in regions such as the Middle East and north Africa plays a crucial role in food security, economic development, and environmental preservation. However, the sustainability of date palm farming is threatened by challenges such as soil degradation and nutrient depletion. To address these issues, organic farming practices, particularly the use of compost and compost tea, offer promising solutions. This study assessed the impact of these organic inputs on soil fertility and nutrient uptake in the "Mejhoul" date palm variety. A field experiment was carried out during two successive seasons of 2022 and 2023 in a pilot field in south-eastern Morocco using a completely randomized experimental design with four treatments: To: farmer's practice (50 kg of compost/tree), T1: To + compost tea at 15 liter/tree/week from April to October; T2: To + compost at 50kg/tree and T3: To + combination of 50 kg/tree of compost and tea compost 15L/tree/week from April to October. Results showed that compost tea (T1) and compost (T2) treatments significantly influenced soil macronutrient and micronutrient levels, as well as chemical properties such as organic matter, cation exchange capacity, electrical conductivity, and pH. Pearson correlation analysis revealed significant relationships among soil properties, with principal component analysis confirming the variability explained by the main plane. Leaf nutrient content analysis demonstrated seasonal variations and treatment effects on phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, nitrogen, copper, manganese, zinc, and iron levels. Correlation analysis of leaf nutrient content highlighted complex interactions between nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients, reflecting their importance in palm leaf physiology. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the benefits of organic inputs in date palm farming, supporting sustainable agricultural practices for long-term viability and environmental protection.

Purpose: Ayurveda is a traditional natural and holistic medical system that was transmitted orally through a lineage of sages. It is thought of as the study of life. It offers information on eradicating the paths that lead to the spread of diseases as well as how to prevent infections altogether. The Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Ashtanga Hrudaya are the three oldest texts on Ayurveda. They describe the effects of five elements—earth, water, air, fire, and space—on a person's system and emphasise the significance of maintaining these elements' balance so that people can live healthy and happy life. Numerous businesses produce ayurvedic goods. One of the ayurvedic businesses, The Himalaya Company, was established in 1930 by Mr. M. Mrunal to modernise the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda and introduce it to the public. The researcher concentrated on presenting the Himalaya Company's advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and challenges, the various wellness products the company produces, the marketing tactics employed, and the company's marketing mix. Methodology: This qualitative research paper is based on secondary data which is obtained from the research papers published in various journals, books, newspapers, articles, annual reports of the company, and articles related to this study. Findings: One of the company's key strengths is the name Himalaya. One of the top 10 ayurvedic businesses in India is Himalaya. A Good Manufacturing Certificate was received (GMP). When making the items, the company uses the Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry method. In order to address the growing demand for ayurvedic items, the company teamed up with Snapdeal. Additionally, they started the My Lakshya campaign, the main objective of which is to bridge the gap between their current and ideal careers. Originality: This article discusses the numerous wellness products made by Himalaya Company, the SWOC study of the company, its marketing techniques, and its overall marketing mix. Value: The study investigated if the company is strong enough in terms of quality by analysing the strengths, flaws, opportunities, and challenges. Paper Type: Case Study of the Company.
