An Innovative Copula in Maghrebi Arabic and Its Dialectological Repercussions: The Case of Copular yabda

Abstract: Research on copulas in Arabic dialects has hitherto largely focused on the pronominal copula, and has also mostly ignored Maghrebi dialects.
