An investigation of the attitudes of the faculty members to the performance evaluation system

Abstract: ÖzAraştırmanın amacı, öğretim üyelerinin performans değerlendirme sistemine ilişkin tutumlarını ölçmektir. Tarama modeli kullanılan araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, bir üniversitede görev yapan ve kasti örnekleme yoluyla seçilen 122 öğretim üyesi oluşturmaktadır.
