An Investigation of the Bifurcation Behavior of an F-18 Aircraft Model

Abstract: Bifurcations of equilibria and limit cycles of an F-18 aircraft model have been investigated in this paper based on one or two continuation parameters. First, it is shown that the aircraft can be in a stable straight-and-level flight state by coordinating the elevator deflection and the engine thrust and fixing the other parameters.
