An “Opportunity” for Policy Recycling? A Critical Analysis of the Canadian Poverty Reduction Strategy

Abstract: In this article, we critically explore the Canadian Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) with attention to whether, and how, elements of the strategy reflect indicators of policy recycling.
