Further adding to this issue of limited information, national surveys of POs generally have a low response rate of around 20%–30% 4,5,11,20 . Results and analyses from the national surveys distributed by NPA largely informed our research, so our results run the risk of not accurately capturing the reality of BHI within POs.…”
