An unusual course of aortic arch through an accessory fissure of left upper lobe of the lung: extramediastinal aortic arch

Abstract: In this case report, we present an unexpected, extramediastinal course of aortic arch through an accessory fissure of left upper lobe of the lung in a 19-year-old healthy man.
