An Unusual Location of a False Cyst of the Pancreas about a Case (Central African Republic)

Abstract: Mediastinal pseudocyst is an unusual and rare complication of acute and chronic pancreatitis. The symptoms are nonspecific. Imaging medical is important for diagnosis and treatment.We present a case of pancreatic mediastinal pseudocyst which is successfully treated bypercutaneous endoscopic drainage.
