An Unusual Variant of Cutaneous Sarcoidosis

Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a multisystem inflammatory disease of unknown etiology, characterized by noncaseating granuloma variably infiltrating the respiratory tract, ganglions, eyes, internal organs and the skin. The heterogeneity of cutaneous sarcoidosis represents a diagnostic challenge for physicians and affirms its reputation as a "great imitator".
