An unusual visitant in gastric biopsy- A report of two rare cases

Abstract: Granulomatous gastritis (GG) is a subtype of chronic gastritis which may be infectious, non-infectious, or idiopathic in nature. For treating clinicians, granulomatous gastritis has always been a diagnostic challenge because of the same clinical and endoscopic features between Crohn’s disease and tuberculosis.
