Analisis Hasil Tes Kesamaptaan Jasmani Peserta Seleksi Calon Bintara Tenaga Kesehatan TNI AU Alumni Poltekkes TNI AU Adsisutjipto Yogyakarta

Abstract

The connecting link between soldiers in the officer class who are leaders and enlisted soldiers who are executors of activities is the non-commissioned officer class soldiers. The preparedness test, which means ready to be alert in all conditions, is called aptitude. According to the Technical Guidelines for the Physical aptitude test in the Indonesian Air Force, the physical aptitude test is carried out to determine whether the physical condition of potential health worker non-commissioned officer selection participants meets the requirements as a member of the Indonesian Air Force. This study aimed to discover the physical abilities of prospective non-commissioned officers for health workers who were alumni of the Adisujtipto Air Force Health Polytechnic. This quantitative descriptive research in collecting data uses the aptitude test and survey measurement methods. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling, which uses total sampling. Measurements and tests are used to collect data where the test consists of two tests, abilities A and B. The final results of the aptitude test were 11.43% of non-commissioned officer candidates for health workers who met the requirements/K1 with details of all being female, totaling four people and 88.57% who did not meet the requirements/K2, namely 23 women and 23 men. as many as eight people. Prospective non-commissioned officers for health workers alums of the Adisutjipto Air Force Poltekkes of 88.57% did not meet the requirements / K2 because they had never participated in welfare activities. Keywords : Prospective Non-Commissioned Officers, Health Workers, Aptitude Test ABSTRAK Mata rantai penghubung antara prajurit pada golongan perwira yang merupakan pimpinan dan prajurit tamtama yang merupakan pelaksana kegiatan adalah prajurit golongan bintara. Tes kesiapsiagaan yang bearti siap siaga dalam segala kondisi disebut dengan kesamaptaan. Tes kesamaptaan jasmani sesuai Petunjuk Teknis Tes kesamaptaan Jasmani Di Lingkungan TNI AU dilakukann untuk mengetahui kondisi jasmani calon peserta seleksi bintara tenaga kesehatan apakah memenuhi sarat sebagai anggota TNI AU. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar mengetahui kemampuan jasmani calon bintara tenaga kesehatan yang berasal dari alumni Politeknik Kesehatan TNI AU Adisujtipto. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan metode pengukuran tes kesamaptaan dengan metode survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampel menggunakan sampling total. Pengukuran dan tes digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Dimana tes terdiri atas dua tes yaitu kesamaptaan A dan B. Hasil akhir tes kesamaptaan terdapat sebesar 11,43% calon bintara tenaga kesehatan yang memenuhi syarat/K1 dengan rincian seluruhnya berjenis kelamin perempuan yang berjumlah 4 orang dan sebesar 88,57% yang tidak memenuhi syarat/K2 yaitu perempuan berjumlah 23 dan laki-laki berjumlah sebanyak 8 orang. Calon bintara tenaga kesehatan alumni Poltekkes TNI AU Adisutjipto sebesar 88,57% tidak memenuhi syarat/K2 dikarenakan mereka belum pernah mengikuti kegiatan kesamaptaan.
