The Freedom to Learn-Independent campus (hereafter, MBKM) policy provides opportunities for students to gain broader learning experiences and new competencies through some learning activities. Students are also free to take part in learning events that are not part of their study plan. It is important to follow this policy, so it needs to be shared with everyone who has an interest in it. This study aims to determine the extent of government communication in encouraging the successful implementation of the MBKM policy. This study used a quantitative approach, and the population was the MBKM unit (units or sections that facilitate students for MBKM activities) and students involved in the MBKM program, with a total of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Data were then tabulated and processed using SPSS. The results showed that government communication in the implementation of the MBKM Policy was procedural (with a mean value of 4.97) and accountable based on government communication procedures (with a mean of 4,96). The implementation of MBKM policy was to provide benefits for students in terms of creativity and innovation as demonstrated by the implemented MBKM programs. Indeed, the implementation of this policy faced some weaknesses in that the government communication regarding MBKM is not fully on target and lacks efficacy (with a mean value of 3.00). It means that some policy implementers have not fully implemented the policies and some students are less interested in being involved in MBKM programs.

Presensi merupakan hal penting dalam proses belajar pada pendidikan menengah kejuruan. Daftar presensi digunakan untuk mengetahui frekuensi kehadiran siswa di sekolah sekaligus untuk mengontrol kegiatan belajar siswa. Pada kasus pengabdian ini dilakukan pada SMK PGRI 2 Kediri dimana optimalisasi presensi siswa belum optimal. Tim pengabdian memberikan inovasi presensi berbasis QR Code guna memudahkan rekap data dan hasil yang lebih real time dapat diterima civitas akademik sekolah dan wali murid. Tim pengabdian melakukan sosialisasi penggunaan QR Code dan transfer teknologi terhadap presensi QR Code. Hasil kepuasan sosialisasi dan transfer teknologi peserta sangat puas terhadap kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dengan persentase kepuasan rata-rata 88,93%. Implementasi hasil penelitian berbasis QR Code untuk pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat membantu optimalisasi proses pencatatan presensi sehingga civitas akademika SMK PGRI 2 Kediri.

The development of technology are getting faster must be accompanied by the ability to adapt to changes from manual to digital, in the field of education. The Industrial internships, independent projects, student exchanges, community service projects, humanitarian initiatives, and other programs are part of the Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka program, which was launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The various of Merdeka Belajar -Kampus Merdeka program got a variety of responses from the public, including positive, negative, and neutral remarks posted on social media. The existence of these comments is able to create a growing sentiment among the general public and academics. Based on these problems, the researchers used twitter comments as a data source to conduct a sentiment analysis on the implementation of their Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka program. The data from Twitter will be categorized into positive, negative, and neutral classes using the Naïve Bayes method, K-Nearest Neighboars, and Decision Tree. There was a total of 475 data points divided into two groups: training data and testing data. The training data accounts for 80% of the entire data, while the remaining 20% is used for testing, with an accuracy of 99.22% for Naïve Bayes, 96.90% for K-Nearest Neighboars, and 37.21% for Decision.
