<p>Kompetensi Dosen terdiri dari kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial dan kepribadian. Penilaian keempat kompetensi tersebut dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan persepsi dari atasan, sejawat, mahasiswa dan diri sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kinerja dosen Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling berdasarkan kompetensi kepribadian, dengan responden mahasiswa aktif. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini didasarkan pada penelitian analisis deskriptif metode survei sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis kinerja dosen kompetensi pribadi dosen. Adapun jumlah dosen tetap yang dinilai ada 9 orang dan sebagai responden terdapat 346 orang mahasiswa aktif dari rentang angkatan 2012-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menjadi contoh dalam bersikap berperilaku menempati peringkat utama disusul dengan kewibawaan sebagai pribadi dan terakhir adil dalam memperlakukan mahasiswa. Meskipun tingkat pilihan yang berarti sangat rendah tidak besar, tetap saja perlu mendapat perhatian bersama yakni terutama pada poin kearifan dalam mengambil keputusan. Disarankan agar pimpinan fakultas dapat mengembangkan program yang bertajuk pada pengembangan pelatihana manajemen kepribadian.</p>

This study aims to determine the management of academic advisors lecturers in increasing the motivation of college students MPI STAIN Curup. The research method in this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that management carried out by academic advisor lecturers in increasing student motivation for STAIN Curup Islamic Education Management students is by making planning (lecturers and students jointly make student study plans), organizing (division of balanced academic advisor lecturers), actuating (Academic advisors are more active in carrying out their duties), and controlling (Academic advisors supervise students). Conclusion, Supporting factors for academic advisors in increasing MPI student motivation are divided into two, namely encouragement from within (desire, individual traits, awareness, past experience) and encouragement from outside (praise and prizes, rules / regulations, coercion, coercion, role model, knowing the results, competition / competition), while the inhibiting factors are time management, space, busyness, parents, and students. The quality of human resources in Indonesia is closely related to the quality of education, therefore higher education as one of the types of formal education plays an important role in realizing this. Education and teaching in universities during the Covid-19 Pandemic became a challenge in itself because there were various problems that affected the performance of educational personnel. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of professional competence and motivation on the educational and teaching performance of educators at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University (FEB UNIMA) during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of quantitative research takes data netted with a questionnaire of 40 educators who are willing to fill out the questionnaire. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between the variables of professional ability and motivation on the educational and teaching performance of educators at FEB UNIMA during the pandemic. This study concludes that the improvement of research and teaching performance of educators is determined by professional ability and motivation. The results of this study recommend to educators to continue to improve professional abilities and work motivation so as to contribute more to improving their performance.
