Karakteristik pelaku perjalanan sudah diketahui mempengaruhi pemilihan moda pada sebagian besar penelitian yang pernah dilaporkan. Namun, untuk rute tertentu, persaingan moda dapat saja terjadi. Nilai utilitas moda yang ditawarkan akan menjadi pertimbangan khusus bagi pengguna untuk cenderung memilih satu moda dibanding moda lainnya. Demikian pula halnya pada rute menuju Bandara Internasional Minangkabau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuik mengetahui kompetisi moda mobil pribadi dengan angkutan umum kereta api menggunakan teknik analisis data reveal dan stated preference dan model regresi logit binomial. Dilakukan penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara dalam 2 tahap terhadap 200 responden. Dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap tiap butir pertanyaan. Dilakukan pula uji korelasi PPM terhadap empat variabel yang diduga sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda. Hasil analisis data reveal preference membuktikan bahwa variabel dyang mempengaruhi pemiilihan moda menuju bandara adalah kenyamanan (31%), waktu tempuh (23%), frekuensi keberangkatan moda (25%) serta tarif/ ongkos moda transportasi (11%). Sedangkan variabel keamanan (7%) dan waktu tunggu (2%), bukan prioritas utama bagi responden. Demikian pula halnya dengan variabel konektivitas (transit), rute, dan fasilitas moda yang belum menjadi pertimbangan. Dari hasil analisis korelasi r-PPM terhadap data Stated Preference yang meliputi 4 (empat) atribut yaitu waktu perjalanan (X1), biaya perjalanan (X2), frekuensi keberangkatan (X3), waktu tunggu (X4). sebut signifikan mempengaruhi pemilihan moda (nilai P value < 0.05) dengan nilai R = 0,128895. Berdasarkan hasil regresi logistik didapatkan persamaan yaitu: Y= 1,169779 – (-0,02562) X1 + (-4,4E-05) X2 + 0,115081 X3 – (- 0,02125) X4.

<p>The presence of the electric rail train (KRL) on the Yogyakarta-Surakarta route expands the list of public transportation modes available to residents of Yogyakarta, Surakarta, and surrounding areas. The Yogyakarta-Surakarta route was previously served by one of the road-based transportation, namely Bus, which was widely used but was abandoned by its users due to a variety of factors. The presence of various alternative modes of transportation today, combined with the Covid-19 pandemic, allows users of public transportation services, particularly the Yogyakarta-Surakarta route, to freely make their choices. Data was gathered through direct interviews and online questionnaires distributed using Google forms. Multiple linear regression and binary logit nisbah were used in the data analysis, and the results were obtained using software, specifically Microsoft Excel and Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The Study by binary logit results show that lowering the CBUS (Bus fee) by 1,58 times the unit of money from the CKRL (KRL fee) to Rp7.595/trip from the original Rp12.000/trip will increase bus users by 30%. If TBUS (bus time) is accelerated by 1,81 times the unit time from TKRL (KRL time) to 1 hour and 23 minutes/trip from the original 2 hours and 12 minutes, bus users increase by 50%. Bus users will increase by 70% while KRL users will decrease by 30%, so the number of FBUS (bus frequency) must be increased to 16 times/day from the original 10 times/day by 1,69 times FKRL (KRL frequency).</p>

Mode of transportation is absolutely a basic human need, especially in urban areas which tend to have high mobility. One type of mode that an important role in the urban transportation system is public transportation. oday, public transportation continues to make updates, one of which is public transportation in Palembang City marked by the start of operation of the Musi Emas feeder city transport in July 2022 with 7 routes. This study aims to identify the factors that influence and become the parameters of the traveling community in choosing mode of Musi Emas feeder city transportation Palembang City on the route corridor 1 Talang Kelapa – Punti Kayu, and corridor 2 Asrama Haji – Sematang Borang. The research approach used was quantitative with primary data sources from a revealed preference survey of 208 respondents who had used the Musi Emas feeder transport, and 192 respondents who had never used it. Analysis of the results of the survey data was modeled by logistic regression in order to look for factors that have an influence on choosing the mode of transportation of the Musi Emas feeder. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable data has a significant effect on variable dependent and the results of logistic regression analysis showed variable gender, age, and travel costs are influential variables in determining the choice of travelers to use the Musi Emas feeder city transportation mode.
