The research conducted this time has the aim of knowing the effect of Knowledge Sharing, Technical skills and Entrepreneurial motivation on IKM performance during the covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in fermented soybean cake and tofu villages Kedung Boto, Taman, Sidoarjo.The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling used in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique using a saturated sampling approach with a total of 40 respondents drawn from IKM making fermented soybean cake and tofu in the village of Kedung Boto, Taman, Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 22.The results of this study prove that Knowledge Sharing has a partial effect on IKM Performance with a significant value of (0.009) which proves smaller than (0.05), technical skill partially affects IKM Performance with a significant value of (0.001) which proves smaller of (0.05), entrepreneurial motivation partially affects the performance of IKM with a significant value of (0.034) which proves smaller than (0.05)
