Analisis Pengembangan Kapasitas Aparatur Sipil Negara di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu

Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a human resource that until now has not been replaced by anything. To maximize the ASN, it is important to have a capacity building program for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which should be carried out programmatically and systematically. This study aims to determine the extent of ASN capacity development in the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Bengkulu Province. This study used a qualitative method, interview informants were taken as many as 10 people using the purposive sampling method. Research data is sourced from secondary data derived from reports, news and previous research. Meanwhile, primary data comes from observations and interviews and group discussions. The results showed that it was carried out by means of employee assignments in formal education, education and training, namely Structural Training, PIM Administration and Functional Technical Training. In addition, participation in seminars, workshops, workshops and courses, upgrading, training. This research contributes to the understanding that IT is important for ASN to develop its own capacity through education both formal and informal education.
