Analisis Permintaan Konsumsi Cabai Rawit pada Rumah Tangga di Kota Mataram

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis karakteristik konsumen cabai rawit di Kota Mataram; dan 2) menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan cabai rawit di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Kebun Roek, Pasar Pagesangan, dan Pasar Tanjung Karang Kota Mataram, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat.
