Analisis SOAR pada Strategi Pemasaran di Industri Jasa Finance

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada industri jasa finance yang mengalami penurunan penjualan pada tahun 2018. Sehingga, studi ini perlu mengkaji menerapkan analisis SOAR pada strategi pemasaran pada studi kasus ini.
