Analysis of Auto Release Seatbelt SystemforMultipurpose Vehicle

Abstract: An automatic seat belt release system is provided for installation in conjunction with the vehicle's seat belt system. In the event that the vehicle sustains an impact of sufficient magnitude to necessitate the emergency release of the seat belt system, an electrically operated actuator located near the seat belt is actuated to release the seat belt system after 5 seconds time interval. The aim of this study is to design and develop coding language for Auto ReleaseSeatbelt System. The system for… Show more

“…If a car gets 20 miles per gallon on average, eco-idle technology may boost that to around 22 miles per gallon. The car's starter, battery, computer system, and other components would need to be modified to enable start-stop technology [1][2][3][4][5]. At the end of this study, this research is focused on the objectives which are to develop low-cost data acquisition system (DAQ) that uses an Arduino for a motorcycle eco idle kit application.…”

“…Moreover, these forces also include rolling, pitching, side forces and yawing moments with addition to the normal aerodynamic drag and lift forces [6]. Crosswinds in general is a strong wind that blows across the direction that vehicles travelling or perpendicular to the vehicle and makes it harder for them to keep moving steadily forward [7]. This study aims to investigate the aerodynamic loads of the drag, side, and lift coefficient and to analyze the flow pattern occurs of the motorbike with different types of fairing when travel under various angle of crosswind.…”

“…The curvy object on the motorbike resembles as a rider and this study focused on two types of fairing which are fully fairing and half fairing. The angle of crosswinds chosen was 15 • ,30 • ,60 • , and 90 • as the comparison to the past studies [7][8][9]. The additional 0 • as the baseline of this study.…”
