Analysis of Basic Business-Processes of Higher Educational Institution Educational Activities for Management Effectiveness Increase

Abstract

To increase education quality and a range of services a considerable increase of higher educational institution effectiveness control is required. The investigation of the educational activity of a higher educational institution and the ways for management activities reorganization of a higher educational institution is carried out. There is drawn a conclusion on the purposefulness of the methods use for re-engineering business-processes which are used effectively in modern business. 
 There are offered recommendations for the further updating of the educational activities control of a higher educational institution including a transition to a complex automation of all fields of institution activities.
 It is shown that re-engineering business-processes of the educational activities of a higher educational institution, representing a system reorganization of material information flows, will allow simplifying a company organization structure, redistributing and minimizing the use of different resources, reducing the terms for realization of department requirements, increasing considerably volumes and quality of educational services offered. This, in its turn, will increase substantially the effectiveness of educational process control in a higher educational institution and its competitive ability.
