The possibility and efficiency of laser excitation of elastic vibrations in microoptoelectromechanical systems due to photo-emission recoil force are analyzed. It is shown that in such systems, based on GaAs, this mechanism of excitation of oscillations can turn out to be an order of magnitude more efficient than light pressure. The method of creating such systems proposed in this paper opens up possibilities for the development of new types of high-speed optical functional elements controlled by light.
