Abstract: Аннотация. Проводится анализ моделей и методов оценки надежности технических и программных средств. Определяются основные понятия методов надежности и безопасности таких систем и ситуаций, приводящих к ошибкам, дефектам и отказам. Дано определение надежности и безопасности технических систем и программного обеспечения (ПО) систем. Приведена классификация моделей надежности: прогнозирующего, измерительного и оценочного типов.
