Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of metallothionein genes in the liver and kidneys of rats with acute cadmium poisoning.Simulation of poisoning with cadmium chloride was carried out on white outbred female rats, divided into 4 groups depending on the dose of the injected toxicant.
