Analysis of Stimulated Brillouin Scattering in a Single Mode Fiber Ring

Abstract: Fiber ring resonator is widely used to generate stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS). In this paper, the operation principle of SBS in a single mode fiber ring is analyzed, and the simulation method is proposed.
