Analysis of the quality of service in the directorate of administration of the national police of Peru

Abstract: This research aims to determine the quality of service in the Directorate of Administration of the National Police of Peru. This study corresponds to the proactive descriptive type, not the experimental one. In the answers of the users, the dimension of empathy is the lowest with 3.16, while the highest dimension is that of tangible elements with 3.73, applying a survey of 150 users.
