Analysis on Evolution Characteristics and Dynamic Mechanism of Urban Green Innovation Network: A Case Study of Yangtze River Economic Belt

Abstract: This study puts forward a logical framework for green innovation network analysis, which includes a spatial dimension, a relational dimension, and a systems dimension. Here, we put forward some basic research ideas concerning the optimization and regulation of green innovation networks in terms of the systems dimension and we investigate the micro-dynamic mechanisms of green innovation network expansion using a spatial econometric model. Our main research results are as follows: The efficiency of green innovat… Show more

“…Lyu, Peng [61] posit that external social capital has an indirect effect on enterprise innovation by shaping knowledge acquisition. From an innovator's perspective, Zhang, Tai [52] suggest that green innovation within enterprises can be influenced by interactions with a wide array of primary and secondary stakeholders. The engagement between enterprises and external network participants fosters an environment conducive to green innovation [38], thereby enhancing overall green innovation efforts within the enterprise [19,20].…”

“…The SBM model, which accounts for unanticipated output, is used to measure green innovation efficiency. Due to space constraints, detailed formulas are provided in Zhang, Tai, Cheng, Cao, et al (2022) and Zhang, Tai, Cheng, Zhu, and Hou (2022). This model incorporates slack variables into the objective function, thereby mitigating the negative impact of radial and angular measurements on measurement accuracy in traditional models.…”

“…The National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Plan" in 2019. The number of employees in each city and the number of employees in industries with strong export-oriented functions are from the "China Urban Statistical Yearbook" (2016, 2018, 2020) published on the official website of the National Bureau of Statistics (www.stats.gov.cn, accessed on 27 May 2021) [39]. Additionally, traffic network data are obtained from the OSM (www.openstreetmap.org, accessed on 5 July 2021) website.…”
