Purpose -The purpose of this paper is to state a hierarchy methodology to select the most promising innovative projects, based on the processes defined by the successful Project Management Institute. Design/methodology/approach -Open innovation is a new option for companies to acquire knowledge; however, in a changing and global market, it is necessary to define and select properly the proposals to be financially supported. A proven multicriteria decision methodology (MCDM) is recommended in this case to hierarchize altematives. Moreover, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) has been considered in this study as a proven and simple MCDM. Findings -AHP has been demonstrated as a suitable option to evaluate innovative project proposals, thanks to its integration with the Project Management Institute methodology. A process example has been included to demonstrate its application. Research limitations/implications -Innovative projects and project proposal selection have always implied subjective criteria. Moreover, sorne of the processes defined in the methodology were not well defined in the project proposal. Practica! implications -The management of a project portfolio in a rational way would help decision makers to fund the most promising projects/altematives under consideration. In this way, the inherent risk of R&D projects would be minimized. Originality/value -The management of a portfolio of innovative proposals is less often addressed in the literature. This paper focuses on the hybridization of the criteria and processes described in the PMBOK Guide and an MCDM.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bakat atlet gulat usia 10 sampai 14 tahun. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan aplikasi Expert Choice v. 11 untuk mengetahui elemen mana yang memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung atlet gulat. Mixed-Methods Research (MMR) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan studi literatur dan memberikan kuesioner memalui Google Form kepada 25 pelatih yang ada di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki 3 kriteria dan 15 sub-kriteria. Kriteria tersebut yaitu antropometri (33,1%), biomotorik (33,3%) dan somatotype (33,3%). Sedangkan pada sub-kriteria yaitu mesomorph (16.3%), endomorph (8.7%), ectomorph (8.3%), daya tahan paru-paru (7,9%), kelincahan (7,0%), kecepatan (6,9%), kekuatan (6,2%), IMT (6%), tinggi badan (5,9%), kelenturan (5,3%), berat badan (5,1%), panjang tungkai (4,4%), panjang lengan (4,0%), lemak tubuh (3,9%) dan tinggi duduk (3,8%). Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa somatotype merupakan kriteria terpenting dan mesomorph merupakan sub-kriteria terpenting dalam penentuan bakat atlet gulat dibandingkan kriteria dan sub-kriteria lainnya. Model identifikasi bakat ini dapat menentukan variabel prioritas dalam identifikasi bakat atlet gulat.

AHP ve TOPSIS Yöntemleriyle Stadyum Yerlerinin Değerlendirmesi Öz Sporun endüstriyelleşmesinden sonra, stadyumlar sadece bir oyun alanı olmaktan çok daha fazlası haline gelmiştir. Buna göre, bir stadyum için en iyi yeri seçmek spor kulüpleri için önemli bir problemdir. Bu çalışmada, stadyum yeri alternatiflerini değerlendirmek için iki aşamalı bir Çok Kriterli Karar Verme modeli geliştirilmiştir. Birinci aşamada, kriter ağırlıklarının belirlenmesi için Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHS) kullanılmıştır. İkinci aşamada alternatifleri değerlendirmek için TOPSIS yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Alternatifleri değerlendirmek üzere dört ana kriter belirlenmiştir: (1) stadyumların kapasiteleri, (2) inşaat maliyetleri, (3) ulaşılabilirlik, (4) uzaklık. Önerilen model, İzmir'de yapılan üç yeni stadyum inşaatında vaka analizi ile sınanmıştır.
