Analyzing Nurses’ Responsibilities in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Using SHERPA and SPAR-H Techniques

Abstract: Background: Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is a critical unit in terms of nursing care with a high risk of error incidence.
