Abstract:Anomalous sensor behavior of a LBCO gas sensor in response to gas switching in O 2 /H 2 ambient is demonstrated. Developed from a LBCO thin film epitaxial-grown using pulsed laser deposition, the gas sensor was also comparatively tested under different switching conditions of O 2 /H 2 , O 2 /N 2 and O 2 /Ar. In addition, temperature dependence of sensor resistance was characterized in the gas mixture of 4% H 2 + 96% N 2 diluted with different levels of oxygen. The anomalous sensor behavior was ascribed to an e… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
