Antecedents of User Acceptance of Electronic Human Resource Management Systems (e-HRM) at SEAT

Abstract: This research investigates factors that impact the use of electronic human resource management (e-HRM) systems at SEAT, a car manufacturing firm of the Volkswagen Group.
