Antiacetylcholine Action of Imipramine

Abstract: Imipramine, a potent antidepressive drug has been shown to antagonize the actions of a number of autopharmacological substances like histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, bradykinin, catecholamines and acetylcholine (1).
