Abstract:Scaevola taccada is one of coastal plants founded at Riau Island.. This research aims to determine the antibacterial activity of the crude extracts leaves of Scaevola taccada. this research was conducted in several stages including, sample preparation, extraction of leaves with maseration method, photochemical analysis and antibacterial activity test using the agar disc diffusion technique.
