Antikörperverlauf in Mäusen, Ratten und Schweinen nach Applikation von Enzephalomyokarditis-Viren

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Bildung und Persistenz von Antikörpern in Mäusen, Ratten und Schweinen nach einmaliger Applikation von Enzephalomykarditis‐Virus wurde im Latex‐Agglutinations‐ und Hämagglutinationshemmtest untersucht. Im Vollserum erschienen die getesteten Antikörper etwa zur gleichen Zeit, verweilten jedoch unterschiedlich lange. Bei Schweinen wurden zusützlich virusspezifische Antikörper vom IgG‐ und IgM‐Typ untersucht. Die IgM‐Antikörper zeigten im LAH‐ und HAH‐Test einen einheitlichen Verlauf. Die HAH‐Antikörper vom IgG‐Typ traten später auf und folgten dem Verlauf der Titer im Vollserum. LAH‐Antikörper des gleichen Typs konnten nicht nachgewiesen werden. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß eine Infektion im LAH‐ und HAH‐Test schon zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt nachgewiesen werden kann, wobei sich der LAH‐Test als der bessere Nachweis von beiden für die Diagnostik herausstellte. Summary Course of antibodies in mice, rats and pigs infected with encephalomyocarditis‐viruses The formation and persistence of antibodies produced in mice, rats and pigs after a single dosis of encephalomyocarditis virus were tested comparatively by the latex agglutination‐inhibition‐test and hemagglutination‐inhibition‐test. In the original serum of these animals antibodies appeared about the same day but persisted for a different length of time. In addition the pigs were tested for virus specific antibodies of the IgG‐ and IgM‐type. The IgM‐anti‐bodies showed the same pattern in the LAH‐ and HAH‐test. The HAH‐anti‐bodies of type IgG appeared later and followed the titer pattern of the original serum. LAH‐antibodies of the same type were not detected. It has been shown that a virus infection can be detected in LAH‐ and HAH‐tests at a rather early time. The LAH‐test is the better test for diagnostic purposes. Résumé Evolution des anticorps chez des souris, des rats et des porcs après une application de virus d'encéphalomyo‐cardite On a recherché la formation et la persistance des anticorps chez des souris, des rats et des porcs après une seule application de virus d'encéphalomyocardite au moyen d'agglutination inhibée sur latex et du test d'inhibition de l'hémagglutination. Les anticorps testés sont apparus à peu près au même moment dans le sérum complet mais ont persisté de façon différente. On a recherché en plus chez des porcs des anticorps spécifiques de type IgG et IgM. Les anticorps de l'inhibition de l'hémagglutination sont intervenues plus tard et ont suivi le cours du titre dans le sérum complet. Des anticorps inhibant l'agglutination sur latex du même type n'ont pas pu être mis en évidence. Il est apparu qu'une infection pouvait être démontrée précocement au moyen des tests d'inhibition de l'agglutination sur latex et de l'hémagglutination, le permier étant le meilleur des deux pour le diagnostic.
