Antimicrobial activity and antibiotic susceptibility ofLactobacillusandBifidobacteriumspp. intended for use as starter and probiotic cultures

Abstract: Antimicrobial activity and antibiotic susceptibility were tested for 23 Lactobacillus and three Bifidobacterium strains isolated from different ecological niches.
