Abstract:The article presents the results of the biotechnological study of aquatic environments with molecular hydrogen by antioxidant activity. Molecular hydrogen has selective antioxidant activity against dangerous free radicals. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, anti-allergic effects and stimulates energy metabolism.
