Anuros de uma área de Caatinga no Município de Caetés, Região Agreste do Estado de Pernambuco, Brasil

Abstract

Resumo.A anurofauna é encontrada em todos os biomas brasileiros, porém, é na Caatinga onde é mais surpreendente sua existência, devido a capacidade de adaptação das espécies ao regime semiárido. Dessa forma este trabalho objetiva inventariar a anurofauna em uma área de Caatinga em Caetés, Agreste pernambucano. Para coleta de dados foram realizadas incursões diurnas e noturnas na área de estudo, utilizando o método de busca ativa, no período de setembro de 2012 a dezembro de 2015, bem como registro fotográfico e zoofônico das espécies encontradas no local. Foi registrado um total de 35 espécies de anfíbios anuros, distribuídos entre as famílias Bofonidae (3 spp.), Ceratophryidae (1 sp.), Cycloramphidae (3 spp.), Hylidae (15 spp.), Leiuperidae (6 spp.), Leptodactylidae (3 spp.), Microhylidade (1 sp.), Phyllomedusidae (2 spp.) e Pipidae (1 sp.). A família mais representativa foi Hylidae com 43%, enquanto que Ceratophryidae, Microhylidae e Pipidae foram menos representativas, com 3%. O presente estudo traz informações relevantes a respeito da anurofauna local e do bioma Caatinga, uma vez que inventários em diferentes localidades são importantes para medidas de conservação dos recursos naturais e da biodiversidade.Palavras-chave: Anuros; Semiárido; Vale do São José; Agreste. The anuran fauna is found in all Brazilian biomes; however, its existence is most surprising in the Caatinga due to the species' ability to adapt to the semi-arid regime. Thus, this study aimed to inventory the anuran fauna in an area of Caatinga in the Municipality of Caetés, Agreste Region of Pernambuco State, Brazil. For data collection, day and night incursions were carried out in the study area from September 2012 to December 2015, using the active search method, as well as photographic and zoophonic records of the species found in the area. A total of 37 species of anuran amphibians belonging to the Families Bufonidae (3 spp.), Ceratophryidae (1 sp.), Cycloramphidae (3 spp.), Hylidae (15 spp.), Leiuperidae (6 spp.), Leptodactylidae (3 spp.), Microhylidae (1 sp.), Phyllomedusidae (2 spp.), and Pipidae (1 sp.) were recorded. Hylidae was the most representative family (43%), whereas Ceratophryidae, Microhylidae, and Pipidae were less representative (3%).
