Apoptozisin Biyokimyası

Abstract: Apoptosis is one of the cell death types which is studied for a long times. During the last 30 years many investigation were carried out for this type cell death and the molecular mechanism of this self destruction of live cell were explained. Whether the effect is too little or high. Apoptosis is one of the most important reason for many disease such as hematologic disorder, autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases, ischemic damages and for various type of cancers. The cell life cycle regulation of the cell … Show more

“…Differing in both morphology and mechanisms from other modes of cell demise, pyroptosis is characterized as a proinflammatory form of cell death regulated by inflammation and caspase-1 activation (57). Apoptosis is regulated by the balance between antiapoptotic (such as B-cell lymphoma (Bcl)-2, Bcl-XL, Mcl-1) and proapoptotic proteins (such as Bcl-2-like protein 4 (Bax), Bcl2 cell death antagonist (Bad), caspase-3/-9) (47,58). Induction of apoptosis in cancer cells is an important approach to preventing and treating cancer (26).…”
