Appearance of Intrathymic Parathyroid Adenomas on Pinhole Sestamibi Parathyroid Imaging

Abstract: Focal increased activity completely separated from the lower pole of thyroid (regardless of the distance of separation) on sestamibi pinhole images indicates a high probability of intrathymic parathyroid adenoma.
