Teaching Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in Decision Support Systems (DSS) subjects encourages students to know how a good decision is taken. AHP itself in the field of education and teaching has been widely used as an effective and efficient method in solving educational problems. The purpose of this paper is to designing website-based scholarship management application for teaching of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in Decision Support Systems (DSS) subjects. Scholarship management using AHP is choosing the right criteria is very important. This system uses 5 criteria, namely academic value, academic achievement, non-academic achievement, parents 'income, and parents' dependents, as a basis for producing decision-supporting information. The scholarship management system is embodied in a website-based computer application. Utilizing this application provides more assistance to donors, so that the results of this learning are not only proven in theory but also in practice in real conditions. In addition, the Website-Based Scholarship Management Application can be run on a mobile basis and can be accessed wherever and whenever they are.

The traditional English writing evaluation is an artificial way to judge, which is a relatively subjective evaluation method. Also, the artificial method has the defects of low timeliness and high error rate, which limits the interest of college students in English learning. If the content of college students’ English writing cannot be judged, it also limits their understanding of the correctness of the English language, because English writing can reflect problems such as English grammar, sentence structure, and emotional expression. Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has developed rapidly, and it can efficiently process the data of research objects. If artificial intelligence technology is combined with English writing evaluation, it can improve the timeliness and error rate of college students’ English evaluation. This is also an innovative way of judging college students’ English writing. Combining the characteristics of great learning English writing and judging criteria, this research uses artificial intelligence technology to design an efficient judging platform. It needs to use a convolutional neural network (CNN) and long-short-term memory (LSTM) neural network to extract features of grammar, sentence patterns, and emotional expressions of college students’ English writing. The research results show that CNN and LSTM methods have high feasibility and accuracy in extracting grammar, sentence patterns, and emotional expressions of college students’ English writing. The prediction error of the college students’ English writing evaluation system is also within a reasonable range. CNN and LSTM methods have high accuracy in predicting English rectangle, grammar, and emotional expression, and the largest prediction error is only 2.91%. Also, the three prediction errors are distributed within 3%.

A New Project-based Learning Concept in English Writing

At present, more international talents are needed. English writing ability is an essential quality for such talents. However, by far the teaching of English writing is faced with some problems, that is, students lack interest and learn passively, teachers’ teaching methods are not diversified enough, and there are insufficient interactions between teachers and students in the classroom. How to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of English writing has become a top priority in the current teaching reform of English writing. By taking advantage of Internet information technology, this study establishes an online teaching mode for English writing. In view of the characteristics of the teaching of English writing, based on the classroom design concept of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). In the meantime, by integrating the project-based learning mode, we assign writing project questions and incorporate such steps as information collection, knowledge acquisition, solution discussion, peer collaboration, hands-on practice, etc. On the other hand, the neural network algorithm is also used to classify texts of electronic lecture notes. It is found through teaching practice, that the project-based learning based on the concept of ADDIE is an effective teaching way, which can significantly improve the effect of classroom teaching and enhance students’ learning initiative.
