This piece of research presents a comparative analytical study for two diversified, and challenging issues regarding decisions made by Ant Colony Systems. The presented comparative study considers two swarm intelligent collective decisions, which originated from two diverse, and interactive ACS lifestyles with the environment they are living in. By more details, this article introduces the application of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN S) modeling considered for analogical comparative analysis and evaluation of two optimal selectivity decisions performed due to two competitive, dynamical, and interactive environmental conditions as follows. Firstly, the decisional issue concerned with optimal selectivity of collective decision made for increasing the efficiency of Ant Colony's foraging process by optimally reaching the best selected food source. However, the second decision The second issue is observed while ant insects are famous for their elaborate nest architecture; less well-known is their skill at moving from one nest site to another. Some, like army ants, move so often that they make no permanent structure, bivouacking instead in simple natural shelters. When an ant was tethered inside an unfamiliar nest site location, and unable to move freely, it is capable to release an alarming pheromone from its mandibular gland that signaled other ants to reject this nest site as to avoid presumable danger. Interestingly, the presented realistic simulation of (ANN S) behavioral learning paradigms results in the analogy between number of neurons and number of ant mates in ant colony systems. Furthermore, realistic ANN modeling results in the analogy between the intelligent behavioral performance of two ACS versus the performance of two diverse ANN learning paradigms.

Purpose – The main objective of this paper is to simultaneously determine the moderating role of relational learning in the relationship between Innovation Capability, Total Quality Management and SMEs Performance. This study attempts to expand the insights by determining these relationships in the context of a rapidly liberalizing and developing economy; Pakistan. By conducting this research with Pakistani data, the authors can assess whether the relationship between these three strategic resources shows systematic differences to those in developed economies.Design/methodology/approach – The authors of this study utilized the data collected through survey method in Electric Fan Industry of Pakistan. Well established scales were adopted from past research in order to measure the constructs used in the study. Structural equation modeling technique was used to test the hypotheses of the study. 239 fan manufacturing firms have been included in the sample. The authors used Smart PLS version 3 for data analysis.Findings – The findings revealed that relational learning moderates the relationship between predictor and criterion variables. Contrary to the previous findings, no significant relationship between Innovation Capability and SME Performance was found to exist; however, there existed a positively significant relationship between total quality management and SME performance.Research limitations/implications – Owing to the cross-sectional time frame that the study follows, it does not infer any causality. Having been limited to only fan manufacturing industry, the study calls for further research in different industry/country perspectives.Practical implications – The study highlights policy building prospects for Pakistani government based on the principles of innovation capability and quality enhancement through collaborating with business networks and exploring the potential of relational learning to help improve overall SMEs performance.Originality/value – This study contributes to the growing body of literature on SMEs-level innovation, TQM and relational learning in developing economies like Pakistan.

Information is a necessity in this era, so it encourages the advancement of information technology flourish and rapidly, in addition it provides some varieties of ways to catch the users obtaining information and technology. One of the conveniences of that fashion is that students at junior high school can easily access dealing with Biology learning material. Information and technology in the form of multimedia-based software packaged as a media of learning some particulars subjects, in this case they apply to Biology learning. Instructional media provide an overview and understanding to the junior high school students in studying Biology visually, dynamic and interactive. Learning in a visual medium provides visualization interest in studying biology, so students can understand the material SMP comprehensively. An interactive learning media gives the impression that the learning is carried out by two-sided directions, yet the students are invited to participate as creators in studying Biology. Multimedia-based learning media packed into software which capable in presenting the material, in this case is Biology. The material is presented visually and moves dynamically in order to motivate the students in understanding the Biology. The software in multimedia-based learning is purposed to create an autonomous learning system for students. Instructional media built in desktop and run as a single-independent application; therefore, students can run this application even though the internet connection is not available. This instructional media development using object-based method with the waterfall model. This learning media applications built with Adobe Flash Professional CS6 with action script 2.0 for achieving visualization, dynamic, and interactive multimedia-based learning method.
